About: Charing Cross Hospital

I have urgent concerns about a forthcoming test and only a fortnight to go until it. All this hospital does is palm me off if they can be bothered to answer the phone.. Called technician in Neurophysiology 18 times today between 13:30 and 15:55, no answer. Told they had answers need. Be a joke if it was funny. Virtually every time I ring Neurophysiology an answer machine is on, leave a message we'll ring back, waste of time, they don't bother. This department should be closed down and I bitterly regret choosing this trust over another. The original referral was in May and it was lost, not good enough and a very poor trust/hospital I would never recommend.
