"Excellent!"

I was transferred to the Royal London A&E from Moorfields Eye Hosptial by ambulance after a severe allergic reaction. The Ambulance crew were fantastic and so lovely. When I got to A&E I was seen immediately by a nurse who was waiting in the cubicle to give me fluids and take a blood sample. I then saw a doctor 10 minutes later and he was so friendly, caring and really put me at ease. I stayed in the overnight observation ward and I can honestly say every member of staff was brilliant! I was checked regularly, nurses and doctors were kind and all seemed to love their jobs, it was extremely refreshing. A&E was also very clean and so quiet and peaceful. I have had my bad experiences with the NHS but this one really changed my opinion, I will now consider going to this A&E instead of my local one in the future.
