I write to place on record how excellent, kind and compassionate all the staff were to me during my recent admission to the Royal Surrey County Hospital. I passed through A&E, then was in the Intensive Care Unit and lastly the Acute Dependency Unit. I found all the staff to be unfailingly cheerful and efficient, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them, and they work long hours for not huge remuneration. Also, I should like to say I personally found the food excellent, especially the home-made soups!
In these challenging times for the NHS it is reassuring to know how good our local hospital and it's staff are; often all we hear is negative.
Thank you again to everyone at R. S. C. H.
Yours faithfully,
"Excellent, kind and compassionate staff"
