"The ward was very clean"

In January this year I was admitted to ward A2 at St. Helens due to cardiac problems. I waited till noon to be admitted and was sent to the lab at 1.45pm where the procedure was explained to me as the doctor proceeded. The nurses and other staff were attentive to my needs as they returned me to ward A2 with efficiency. They were very friendly and helpful. The ward was very clean which was also a positive thing. The only downside was the wait for medication to take home with me. I thought the admission and discharge lounge was a good idea and the staff there were freindly and attentive as they fixed up the beds for incoming patients.
