My father (90 years old with Alzheimers) is currently in Ward 42 having undergone a hip operation. I am incredibly frustrated at being unable to speak to anyone about his condition. On calling the main switchboard I am put through to a number which simply rings out on the ward. How do I get some information about my fathers condition?
