"Shocking!"

My partner and I came to musgrove to deliver our 1st son, at 1st everyone was friendly and helpful, the labor didnt go to plan and caused distress to us both and little one, the staff on willow ward had terrible attitudes, very rude and showed no compassion at all and caused alot of stress... simple requests where rebuffed (wasnt aloud a pillow because the midwife was "to busy") I highly sympathise with anyone that has to endure being in the ward, extremely unhappy and in no rush to ever come back, they put a big downer on the most memorable day of our lives and I'll never forgive the hospital as a whole for the experience.
