"Very efficient and reassuring paramedics"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

My wife was experiencing breathing difficulties, as our GP surgery was closed I contacted the lifeline service we have. They in turn called for an ambulance which arrived very quickly – in perhaps 20 minutes.

I just wanted to say how very efficient and reassuring the paramedics were – one was a student and I believe they came from the Blandford depot. Both of them were excellent, they gave my wife a thorough check through, advising her to rest as they felt the breathing problems were brought on by over doing things.

Really reassuring.
