"Shocking doctor ..."

About: Fairfield General Hospital

Visited the a & e today, my relative had collapsed at home with chest pains reaching the jaw, which were only relieved when aspirin and another heart medicine was given by the excellent paramedics .... Only to be sent to a&e and treated like a tick box exercise despite a long previous medical history, basically we were told the blood test was negative for heart attack so off you go ........ No info , advice on what it could be , they hadn't even checked if he could sit up or walk after the attack. Oh sorry they did say take a parecetamol if the pain comes back! The doctors need to realize that they may deal with this day in day out but to the families who are watching their loved ones in situation, it is extremly scary ..... They yet show no compassion or empathy what so ever. Hope they are never in that situation with their loved ones!
