"A very worthwhile experience"

This was a very worthwhile experience which I would recommend to others in my position. Megan helped me to identify the issues in my life which were causing me so much stress. She also made me realise that there are always options. Sometimes we just need help to identify them.

I would have no hesitation in seeking such help again if I needed it.
