"Brilliant"

About: Chippenham Community Hospital

I attended at lunchtime on a weekday for a sprained ankle that had not healed after 5 weeks. I was politely dealt with at reception and waited the predicted 40 minutes. The waiting room was clean and pleasant (as waiting rooms go). The nurse practitioner was brilliant: sympathetic, thorough, pleasant and very professional. I was X rayed immediately after the examination and the diagnosis took place immediately after. All in all the experience, was reassuring and took place in calm, clean conditions. I was treated with respect and sympathy throughout.
