"I was treated in the Ross Tilley ..."

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead)

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was treated in the Ross Tilley Ward. The doctors and especialy the nurses were lovely on the ward. They were always there to help and reassure me. When i went to have my operation all the staff in the hospital were very kind and caring and really made me feel at ease. The consultant who i have been a patient off for a while now has always been very helpful. He explains everything in full, from what they will do in the operation to the recovery process. He is always there before an operation and for any after care which i have required. I could not wish for a better doctor or hospital. Both the consultant's secretaries are also always very helpful. I had a very bad experience at a previous hospital (not the QVH) for something else, I lost all faith in the NHS until I met the consultant and his team. The QVH and its staff are a credit to the NHS and has restored my faith in the NHS. The hospital is also very clean. The nurses on the ward also looked after my boyfriend as a visitor and kept him informed of my progress. I could not ask for any more. I would like to say thank you to every one.

What could be improved

I could not think of anything that would need improving at this hospital.
