What I liked

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff of Exon 3 Ward. They were caring and kind and I felt at all times that I was receiving the best possible care.

What could be improved

Ward cleanliness was good but the cleaning staff did not have the time for a deep clean and therefore some floor areas--rear of beds etc were very dusty.

Anything else?

Only a great big thank you to you all. My faith in the NHS has been totally vindicated.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback on your experiences in our hospital. We were pleased to hear about the excellent care you were given by staff on Exon 3 ward. Your comments have been passed on to this team.

We do take the issue of cleanliness very seriously indeed. Recent efforts by both staff and members of the public have resulted in an 80% drop in MRSA cases and 50% drop in C. diff cases over the past three years. However, your comments are very valued and have been passed on to the relevant staff.
