What I liked

On arrival at the Day care Unit I was seen quickly by a nurse who assessed my medical history and put me at ease prior to my operation.

Anything else?

I cannot fault any of the care I received from the nursing staff to the anaesthetist and surgeon who performed my operation. My only critisim is that it is a shame that the clerical staff booking the operations etc are not as efficient, friendly and helpful as the staff performing and maintaining your care.
