"Not Open"

I looked on the internet and the closing hours show as 23:00 for minor injuries ( this showed the site was last updated on 14/8/2014. I turned up at 20:55 to find the staff were leaving for the night as they finish at 21:00. I was told they have never been open until 23:00 as the nurses left. I was told to travel to hull A&E or put ice on my foot for the night and go to minor injuries in the morning The management of this hospital should be more aware of what their staff are doing but then again I suppose they will be more worried about people paying for parking than customer care if this standard of service is anything to go by.
