"Cancellation of out-patient clinic but no contact..."

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital

Received cancellation for an out-patient clinic and letter stated "If you have any queries do not hesitate to contact the clinic" but gave no information for how to contact the clinic. In general I think we are very lucky to have such a great hospital locally. However, there are small things that are annoying yet easily solved.
