"Post natal ward"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

I went in for an induction and spent just over a week in the maternity ward. Could not fault at all till I got to the post natal ward. Very unclean, blocked toilets, had to clean a shower myself to use it. The room we were in had a heater right behind us making it hot and sticky all day and night. Other patients were allowed to use phones all through night. Did not feel that the post natal ward provided the right environment for a new mum and baby. Even heard a nurse being very rude to another patient when she asked for help.
