(as the patient),

Joanna the podiatrist saw to myself and my wife. We’re both in our 80’s so have trouble cutting our nails, and I have an ingrowing toenail at the moment. My wife has hers cut regularly.

She was great! I can’t think of anything to improve other than perhaps a cup of coffee!
