"The paramedics that visit have been absolutely brilliant, every time"

Quite often my husband falls and has trouble getting back up. Most of the time my husband doesn't get injured, but we have had to call the emergency ambulance a few times.

The paramedics that visit have been absolutely brilliant, every time. We are so lucky to have them.

They are always kind and considerate, and never come with the attitude of “oh god, you again! ”

Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback - I hope your husband is well.

It is always so rewarding to hear how our staff are delivering excellent care to patients, and reassurance to their family, when they need it most.
