(as the patient),

I couldn't have wished for a better service if I’d paid £1, 000! The paramedics were gentle and understanding, and went about their business in a very calming way.

I’d collapsed in a café in Swanage, and initially a paramedic came to visit me on motorbike. He then called for an ambulance.

I couldn't have been treated any better.
