"Treated with utmost professionalism, courtesy and care"

About: Euston House Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I attended for an appointment at Euston House in June 2014 and was put on the waiting list to have the cataract removed from my right eye which was getting worse. The left eye also had a cataract but not so bad as the right eye. I had the cataract removed from my right eye in July 2014 my Miss Perera at Wrekin community clinic and I was treated with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and care by her and all her team and the post eye surgery instruction was excellent and thorough and I carried out the instructions wonderfully. Thank you to all concerned.
