About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

After my yearly eye test at specsavers Telford Town centre, I was told that I needed to be referred, TRAQS got in touch with me by phone, I was given a choice of two clinics, I chose the ophthalmology clinic at woodside health centre which was near to where I live. TRAQS sent me details and the time of my appointment, the service I received from TRAQS and my own GP, woodside reception and Dr Paul Effiong was very good.
