Tried to cancel an MRI for my mother. The number provided simply rang off with no answer [several times], so I called the main hospital switchboard to explain the situation. I received absolutely no acknoledgement from the opporator who showed absolutely no interest, she did not try the line or explain that I was being put though to an aswer machine. I left a message but was totally unprepared. I am away from Friday and have no confidence this will be resolved beforehand but become another onvieient missed appointment! It really takes nothing to be helpful.
