I went into A and E following a GP friends advice . On Monday afternoon, the wait time displayed on the screen was about 3hours 20 mins, and I was seen within this time. The doctor I saw was fantastic. My only improvement to my experience would be for the nurses in the initial tests (sight test, eye pressure and pupil dilation) to be more informative about what was coming next. I was never quite sure when I was next in line to see the doctor, so was quite anxious waiting and not knowing if I was soon. Overall a good experience.
