"my stay on Terrington Ward Bay 4"

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

i was admitted during the early hours of Friday morning after receiving a call that my INR reading was dangerously high in a phone call from Norwich Hospital, they arranged everything from the ambulance to admission to the MAW, QE King;s Lynn. I was transferred to Terrington Ward Bay 4 bed 5 by lunchtime on Fri 8th Aug. I received nothing but exceptional care throughout my 2/3 day stay. Staff from Doctors, Nursing staff, helpers, cleaners, you name it they all gave 100% of their time and they also listened to what I had to say. Christine J Burbidge

Thank you taking the time to comment on your recent experience of being a patient at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. I am delighted that despite what must have been a worrying time for you personally, your experience of care here was positive and you felt that staff listened to you. I will share your comments with all those members of staff that were involved in your care.
