"Cannot thank this wonderful person enough"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

When I first attended Inclusion Matters I was an absolute mess. I met Amy and she has shown me the skills to move forward and get the best from life. I cannot thank this wonderful person enough, she helped me turn everything around. Now I can cope with whatever comes my way and for the first time in years I am happy and can look forward to a full life. Amy is a brilliant therapist, she is skilful and very down to earth.

Last year I overdosed because I couldn't cope with the mess my life had become and now I know I will never do that again as I know what to do to avoid the situation getting so bad. Amy has helped turn me from a wreck into a confident woman who knows what she wants and how to get it. What a brilliant organisation.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart but all my families too.

Dear 'Cadet215',

Thank you for leaving your feedback for IM Sefton on Patient Opinion, we always like to hear of peoples experiences with our service.

I'm pleased to hear that you benefited from your sessions with Amy and are now a 'confident woman'. Not only have you recovered but you also suggest that you have ways of avoiding this happening again in the future which is great.

I will make sure that Amy is aware of your feedback.

Best wishes for the future,

Lizzie
