"My faith in CBT therapy has been restored"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as a service user),

For many years I have suffered from acute anxiety. After having attempted counselling with two previous fee-charging practitioners in London I felt nervous and confident about trying it for a third time.

My experience with Ian was a completely positive and a helpful thing as it restored my faith in CBT therapy. He answered the many questions I had about my problem in a clear, honest and humane way and led me to my own place, to a place of understanding where I could re-structure troublesome thought patterns and release the suffering of negative thinking. I try to practice CBT techniques every day now and am amazed at the numerous applications from such a simple change in belief.

So Grateful! Thanks again.
