(as a service user),

Sam began treating me in December 2013. I was drinking too much as a result of the new findings of the Hillsborough Independent Panel. Sam listened to my problems, then put in place a series of practices that enabled me to cope with my problems. Sam is a very good counsellor, caring and considerate. I have nothing negative to say about Sam who treated me at a time when I needed help.

It's good to hear that Sam was able to support you through a difficult time. It sounds like you have been able to identify a number of ways of coping and received the help you needed at the right time.
