"More emphasis could be made of the change in venue"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

It has been a year since I last had this treatment (pain management). June many years before that I went to the Princess Royal Hospital for it and assumed that I would go to there again for this treatment. On occasions like these I think more emphasis could be made of the fact that there is now a change in venue.

Thank you

Dear Wanderer774

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with the TRAQS team.

I am disappointment that you feel that not enough emphasis was put on the venue of the clinic for the Pain Management Service.

When the Patient Advisor at TRAQS is discussing options with the patient they advise the location of the clinic. Particularly with the Pain Management Clinic which holds clinics at a number of local GP practices. The benefits of these clinics are that there is no parking charge and the patient can often choose to attend a clinic located at either their own practice or one very near to their home.

In addition, the confirmation letter which is posted on completion of the booking, gives the address of the clinic together with the postcode and if any patients is unsure where the clinic is the TRAQS staff are more than happy to provide directions as we all live locally.

Thank you again for sharing your feedback and we wish you all the best with your treatment.
