"Rude reception staff"

About: Spire Leeds Hospital

The reception staff were very rude. As a referral from the NHS and in a full-time job and a highly educated professional, I found that the treatment by the reception staff was indeed very different to how another private member was treated (this particular patient stated clearly that she was a private customer at the reception desk whilst I was waiting). I understand that as an NHS referral patient the hospital is charging the NHS for my treatment, therefore, I would expect to be treated with the same respect.
