My Raynauds condition is a real ordeal. I have been diagnosed with Raynauds with secondary Raynauds. I seem to be going frequently breathless with my fingers turning white and painful at least 10 times a day. It takes almost an hour for my hands to recover after an attack happens and it makes me very diffident. The weather doesn't help at all. My terrible tiredness makes me depressed as well. Sometimes I become weepy and feel very vulnerable. The pain during an attack is unbearable.
But then doing Yoga seems to have helped me and has made me calmer, And the fact that life is short and we have to enjoy ourselves and live each day as thouh it is the last one.
