"Nice looking hospital, only waiting times let it..."

The new look hospital is great, I thought I was walking into a hotel or spa centre. However I went on a Sunday and firstly there was nowhere to get a coffee (canteen was closed). And the waiting time....terrible, over 2 hours. I don't know why it took so long as there were not many people in the waiting area. Once you are seen service is good. Please do something about the waiting time, it is not acceptable in this day and age. If you can sort this out and at least put a vending machine in for drinks for when the cafe is closed, I would give you 5 stars.
