What I liked
My wife was taken in for suspected Excess Stomach Acid (although the problem hasn't been cleared away) She was in a lot of discomfort, but after being seen to within 20 minutes, she was laid on a bed, in a seperate part of A and E, where staff ensured she was comfortable
What could be improved
I know its hard, but maybe speed up a little when getting back to patients, or hire extra staff to help cope.
