"Fantastic team"

My husband was rushed into A&E last thursday with chemical burns. The team were fantastic, from the minute he arrived to being discharged to go to the RVI. The member of staff who looked after him was very good. Being from south shields, this was our first time to this hospital and I highly recommend this department to everyone!

Dear Claire, I do hope that your husband is recovering well now. I imagine this was a very frightening time for your both. Thank you so much for taking the time to give the A&E team at Wansbeck Hospital some lovely feedback. As someone who is new to our hospitals it's great to hear how our staff have impressed you with the quality of their care. I know this will mean a great deal to the team.
