"A and E visit June 2014"

My boyfriend and I attended A and E in June as my boyfriend needed medical help. We were seen immediately (although it was 6.30am). All investiagtions were completed in a timely fashion. The doctor was excellent. I cannot recall his name (sorry, depsite me asking a nurse to write it down for me!), but he was very professional and clear about my boyfriend's care options. He was treated and discharged (including getting TTOs from pharmacy) within 4 hours. I work in the NHS, and we do not get praised very often. So I feel that it is important that positive feedback is given when it is due. Everyone was very nice to us, and ensured we were still able to go on holiday (which is where we were going when we had to stop en route to go to A and E). The doctor gave my boyfriend excellent advice and we knew what to do if he became worse, and instructions how to ensure he was referred to the correct specialist after our holiday. Thank you.
