My daughter should have been referred to another dentist for treatment but nothing had been done to move this along. I called the Devon Referral Support Service and spoke to a girl called Jenny who took over for me.

Jenny was just brilliant! She did everything said she would, called me back when she had agreed to do so – she was very efficient – this was great.

I really appreciated being kept in the loop every step of the way; she was a really nice girl.
