About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

My GP was incredibly helpful, thorough and reassuring- he followed up with 2 phone calls + 1 more blood test. I was very happy with how he dealt with me. Only downside was I had to wait 3 weeks to see him for that appointment as not emergency.
