"Great care"

About: Kettering General Hospital

My daughter was admitted with unexplained pains and was treated in A and E then transferred to the Skylark Ward. The hospital provided great care the whole time we were there. My daughter was given a private room with en suite and the Drs and nurses were brilliant. The ward caters for children from birth to 16 and have amazing facilities which make a child's stay in hospital much less daunting than it can be. As a parent I was treated with kindness and respect nothing was too much trouble.

Thank you very much for your lovely comments regarding your recent stay on Skylark Ward. The facilities were designed with children and their families in mind and although being in hospital can be a scary time, hopefully the child friendly surroundings go a little way to ease any trauma. The team works very hard to treat everyone with the care and respect they deserve and we are delighted to hear that both you and your daughter felt well looked after. Regards Skylark Ward
