What I liked

Nothing. No wonder they want to close the hospital down. It is a disgrace. In fact 3rd world countries have better facilities and more doctors to see.

What could be improved

Waiting 5 hours with a small child to be seen to at accident/emergency whilst the child was bleeding and needed stiches.

Anything else?

It makes you wonder if they are doing it on purpose to try and prove a point by letting people wait in corridors like animals to be seen to. Animals are treated much quicker and offered a better service at vets than humans at Chase Farm hospital.
