"Pain Management"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I saw a doctor on 9th June for pain management, I found him to be empathic and knowledgeble regarding my condition, Fibromyalgia. He gave me good information and arranged an injection to treat the pain I suffer, this unfortunately has taken until 18/09/14! I still am inpressed by this doctor's manner and delivery of information to me

It’s wonderful to hear about your experience of our Pain Management service. Thank you for leaving your feedback on NHS Choices. I’m pleased you were impressed with how empathetic and knowledgeable our doctor was when you visited our hospital, and I’ll look forward to passing your kind words onto the team. I am sorry about the waiting time for the injection to treat the pain. The pain team are unfortunately very busy, which does cause delays. I do apologise for this. Yours Sincerely Stephen Burgess Medical Director
