"Breast Clinic"

I attended the 2 week wait Breast Clinic at the Thirlestaine Breast Centre to have a breast lump looked at. I saw two doctors who were assisted by nurses or HCAs (not sure which) and everyone who dealt with me was extremely professional and reassuring. The service was really quick and efficient and I hardly had to wait to be seen by the doctor and for an ultrasound. My lump was dealt with there and then (a simple cyst) and I left feeling really happy with my experience. It's really quite scary when you find a lump and it's so nice to have it dealt with promptly by lovely staff. And I would say to anyone who has an appointment coming up there to try not to worry too much as they will look after you really well.
