I have been coming to cardiac outpatients now for several years with a heart condition requiring a pacemaker. I have always been treated well by all staff and in particular the folk that undertake the pacemaker checks . I had an appointment yesterday was seen 50 minutes early and treated very well as usual. This is not the case I experience at my local hospital. Well done to the staff you are a credit to an amazing hospital!
