The hospital need to stop thinking they are doing you a favour and treat you with respect. Not one compassionate word from any staff member. Patients taken for treatment out of order without anything to explain why. Triage assessed 1 patient in 70 minutes. Booking in staff no compassion - no empathy and no smile. You are there to provide a service - NGH A&E think they are doing the patients a favour. Could learn a lot from quality customer service training ! Over the years nothing has changed and nothing will change whilst you are unable or unwilling to put yourself in the patients position.
