About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

After 4 months of waiting to be receive an initial appointment after being referred by my gp I then was told it wud b a maximum 12 weeks to an arthroscopy on my shoulder after 6months I finally received a date to get the pre op to told when I got there they had cancelled it the day before and were sending me to another hospital over twice the distance away. I Ended up havin the operation at the Nuffield not telford. My post op paper work said I shud have had my post op at 3weeks rang up to be told it wud b more 6weeks as I was given private patient paperwork. It's now 17weeks after my operation and I've still heard nothing dispite calling to chase it up to b told the usual we'll call u back!!! My shoulder is still painful now after the arthroscopy. My physio was only interested in seeing me 3 times as I could dress myself which wasn't causing the problem or pain in the 1st place.
