"Reassuringly good service"

After 8 days of flu like symptoms, I got myself to the Urgent Care Centre for help. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but it was as good an experience as you could hope for in a hospital. The receptionist was polite, the initial nurse who saw me was lovely and understanding as she explained the process, and the doctor who saw me was attentive, respectful and reassuring as she treated me. The whole trip was 2 hours, which I thought was pretty good for a walk in, and I'm genuinely grateful and pleased with the service given to me. Thank you to everyone who helped me today.
