"Medical Treatment fine - manners non existent"

About: Princess of Wales Hospital

I was visiting Newmarket on Friday to enjoy the races on Friday night, my partner was hosting a customer event. On Thursday evening whilst away from home I fell and hurt my right ankle. We received fabulous treatment from the local hospital in Newmarket who provided me with a pair of crutches so I could at least attend the evening event, with the view i would return them on Saturday before heading home to Kent. The nurse suggested I attended the Princess of Wales for an Xray to check it wasn't broken. The treatment at the minor injuries was not at the same level unfortunatley, medical knowledge should be used in a professional manner not to make others feel belittled.
