What I liked

I was a patient on ward 20 and I want to say a huge thank you to every single member of the very large team who looked after me.

The care and attention plus the professionalism were outstanding. I had been extremely apprehensive about my stay and entered as the personification of a needle-phobic. However my fears were gradually allayed. I was never left wondering what was going to happen next!

Procedures were explained carefully and carried out with the least possible stress. Ward 20 ran smoothly and happily and I feel privileged to have been part of it - if only for just over a week. Thank you to you all.
