I have no complaint regarding the care given to my partner when having to attend the A&E department earlier this week. I do. however, have a suggestion regarding your parking facilities. As stated we were visiting A&E and as the visit suggests this was not a planned visit. Finding myself with no change whatsoever I had to leave my distressed partner in the care of the very able nursing staff whilst I approached the reception to ask if there was anywhere I could get change of a £20. I was told I would have to buy something from either the tea kiosk or WH Smith. The kiosk had no change so I went to WH Smith where I was told they could not change the note unless I bought something. In the end I bought a 15p carrier bag (that I didn't want) and ended up with £19.85 worth of change. May I suggest you install a change machine in the reception area along the lines of those found in amusement arcades.
