What I liked

I had treatment in the A&E department for a kidney infection. I was seen very quickly and seen by a consultant. The consultant was very supportive, thorough with lots of tests being done and gave me my diagnosis and results promptly. The nurse that did my observations was very professional.

I felt that my privacy was well respected with my cubicle shut off at all times and the department itself was spotless.

What could be improved

I would like this message to be given to the staff as it's rare when people thank the NHS and I can see that all the team at the department really cared about every patient they were seeing
