(as the patient),

In my opinion it takes far too long to book an appointment. I was treated by TRAQS team with care and respect however I had to wait too long for my physiotherapy to start.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to TRAQS request for feedback. I am pleased to hear that the TRAQS team treated you with care and respect as we take Customer Service very seriously and it is good to hear that the service you received met our expectations.

I am sorry that you felt you had to wait too long for your physiotherapy to being. Unfortunately TRAQS can only offer the appointment slots which are released by the hospital or pass the information to the Maddocks clinic who arrange their own appointments depending upon their work load within the clinic.
