Arranging an appointment was simple and the operator was polite and helpful. On arrival at PRH staff were very friendly and spoke with respect and an understanding of her age-related needs. Things were explained to her at a level she could comprehend and her opinions were sought and respected.

We were asked when an operation date (and follow up appointment) would be suitable for us.
